Please read before booking an appointment with Glamd Room.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Glamd Room requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment, Glamd Room reserves the right to charge the remaining balance of the appointment to the same payment method used to pay the deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled, and your deposit may be lost.
All new clients must complete a patch test before booking or attending any treatment that requires one, including tinting, lash treatments, brow lamination/tinting and any treatment where a patch test is advised by Glamd Room.
Patch tests are free and must be completed before the treatment appointment can go ahead.
If a new client does not attend their patch test, they cannot book or attend the treatment appointment until the patch test has been completed first.
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures or anything else that may affect treatment suitability.
Glamd Room reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if it is not suitable or safe to carry out.
Results can vary depending on skin type, aftercare, lifestyle and individual response to treatment. Aftercare advice must be followed carefully.
