New client patch test policy
New clients must complete the free patch test before any treatment that requires one. If the patch test is missed, the treatment appointment cannot go ahead until the patch test has been completed first.

Treatment Terms & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please read and accept the terms before reserving your appointment.

I confirm I have read and agree to the Treatment Terms & Conditions. I understand that at least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that if I give less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, Glamd Room reserves the right to charge the remaining appointment balance to the same payment method used for the deposit or full payment. I understand that all new clients must complete a required patch test first. If I miss the patch test, I cannot book or attend the treatment appointment until the patch test has been completed. I confirm that all allergies, medical conditions, medications and treatment concerns have been disclosed accurately.
